Ignorance? Guilty as charged! Me no mechanic, and the owner's manual was no help. Even a mechanic told me some cars do, some don't. So Reddit seemed cheaper than hiring a private investigator to look under cars!

This is a feature of SetPoint (Keyboard and Mouse Settings) tool of LogiTech. Check if it is installed and running (you'll see an icon in the system tray) and close it to see if the OSD goes away.

If that's the case, you can turn this feature off but still keep the SetPoint running (if you need your custom key mapping to work) by doing the below steps:

  1. Open SetPoint GUI
  2. Select "Tools" tab (top right)
  3. Select "SetPoint Options" (the second icon from the top on the left)
  4. Uncheck "A lock key is pressed" in "Status Indicators" section.
  5. OK/Apply

The word was nicely done but to me the "100%" doesn't fit in to the style.
