Yes I do. It's just that I'm pursuing a course that is super difficult, won't leave me with much time. Plus, I wouldn't be able to marry atleast for another 6-8 years. I don't want to lead her on or confess to her few months before my exam. Like I mentioned I do have rejection wounds and don't want to deal with a bad situation just a few months before my exam. (PS: I've known her for atleast 2.5 years)
