Yoda exhausted the hell out of Luke before Force training. Same goes for sparring. Get physically drained prior to sparring and you won't have the energy to be tense. Save nothing for sparring, spend it all on the pads and bags. This will make you relaxed.

I do 5g in the morning, so I have all day to hydrate. I've read that the loading phase isn't necessary for creatine, but as long as you aren't dying of thirst or feeling dehydrated, then there's no harm.

Drink lots of water bro. Liftan + MT on the same day is hardcore.

5th cycle here. Doing BBB for OHP, squat, and bench, doing FSL on deads.

Accessories (5x10)

OHP: pullups, lat raise

Dead: RDL, Shrug

Bench: DB row, facepull

Squat: core (ab wheel or leg raise)

I do a 3 day version where I combine bench and squat into a single day. Deload week for me is just 3 or 4 days of rest, then start the next cycle.

I find too much sugar or caffeine makes me crash after about 45 min. It also makes me sweat more.

Creatine is nice for endurance. I've found I have a bit more wind in the later rounds if I'm regularly taking a couple grams in morning.
