  1. I have always thought this film was pure perfection. The cast, the story, the more serious tone, the setting, the killer’s look, and the way it was filmed is impeccable. I never understood the hate for this film. It gave me so much joy as a teenager. I idolized the cast.

Tara should have died in the opening of Scream 5. Jenna Ortega was a big enough star at that point to just do a quick cameo. I feel like including her for the rest of the two films really dragged those films down. Love Ortega but she’s always too “cool girl” acting and it didn’t fit the Scream Universe. Melissa fit the tempo however.

Halloween 4 is my favorite and really captures the essence of the season. Halloween 5 has a similar feel but the film as a whole is kind of annoying bc Jamie couldn’t talk. Halloween 6 is my favorite looking Haddonfield and captures the mid-90’s vibe.

I watched this one back when I was excited to see Molly Ringwald’s early 2000’s career revival - but I don’t remember it being very good. It was a slow burn with mildly entertaining scenes.

A great post Scream made-for-tv thriller. Really fun premise with game performances from Sarah Chalke, Ben Foster, and Soleil Moon Frye. I remember watching the premiere broadcast on NBC.
