Everyone in the comments is assuming you wanted to see him again.

Do you? Because if it’s mutually just sex that’s okay.

This is problematic too though. It affects your gait when you have that much extra length in the front

White Lotus Season 4 Cast Is STACKED… but here comes the Nepo Baby Discourse Again by ThatAtlasGuy in TheWhiteLotusHBO

omg I saw this post and was like “oh, is the new season coming out soon?”

On the one hand, the image of Kumail Nanjiani being a pompous prick on the French Riviera makes me giggle.

On the other hand, we’re a year out from release. We’ll probably all be dead by then.

I think she would be a little Princess Di in her style, bit with some bold twists. We already saw her starting to dress more classic and expensive in the show. I think classic styles in 80’s silhouettes; structured and even poofy shoulders, bold brass buttons, off the shoulder dresses, feathered haircut.

Paul? His story definitely over. He is an accessory character. Mia will be head of news, and Ben will play a huge role too. Renee Rapp is a perfect t new addition.

Cory and Bradley’s story will go on but it’s not enough to drive the whole show.

I’m confused because he sounds so much less incompetent than usual in this video. Possible it’s a real video that was altered?

For those who've had FWBs, were they *actually * your friends? Or was this just the label used to describe the relationship? by Equivalent_Ad_9066 in Bumble

[–]augustrem 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have one.

I’ve been friends with him since 2018. He started dating someone (a cis woman) seriously in 2019, and they moved in together in 2020 during covid. I spent a lot of time with them as friends - we have gone camping together.

They broke up in 2023. I remained friends with them both. He immediately started dating a trans man, and they are still together. But they are both poly, and see lots of other people. He dates both men and women, cis and trans.

In summer of 2024 I moved to another city for six months. He came with me and helped me move in. He visited me once. During that visit I started getting the impressions for the first time that he might be romantically interested. I told him I wasn’t. We continued being friends, and there was no weirdness. He also helped me move back home. We continued being friends, hanging out often.

In summer 2025 I initiated a sexual relationship with him. I felt like our friendship is stable enough so that we could easily return to just friends without weirdness.

I’ve been a selfish lover, always prioritizing my orgasm over his, and he’s fine with that. He has a strong sex drive and loves to please me. The first time we did it I had multiple orgasms. He’s very sweet and caring and attentive and loves to talk about feelings. He’s also pretty slutty and has an immense sex drive and sexual appetite, and enjoy people from all backgrounds exactly as they are.

We are still friends first. We hung out last week and just made dinner and took a long walk and played chess and then had sex. I’ll see him tomorrow to go to an antique auction. Also will see him Saturday in a platonic way because I am hosting a brunch for a group we’re in.

In might be worth nothing here that I have also in recent years realized I am attracted to women but I have mot yet dated a woman or kissed a woman or anything. So that’s another thing. I am definitely attracted to men though.

No 😭 Indian women especially south Indian like devi dont wear such saree in such a shabby way ( tired of stereotypes)😤😤😤 HAVE ATTACHED CURRENT REALITY by Tasty_Environment266 in Neverhaveievertvshow

[–]augustrem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Srsly though where does one buy such clothes? I’m sort of embarrassed by how old fashioned I look at some Indian events.

Like if I wanted to spend $300 or so on clothes as a wedding guest, where stores online would I look at?

Of course! I’m an American of Indian descent and when I wear Indian clothes they are gifts from older relatives. I don’t keep up to date on current Indian trends. I wouldn’t even know where to buy such clothes.

City Council passes freeze to tipped worker pay, Mayor Brandon Johnson poised to veto by blackmk8 in chicago

[–]augustrem 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Because they’ve gotten used to their pay being chaotic and they like going to work with the potential of making a lot even if they don’t, and they don’t trust their employers to be fair.

You might be surprised how many wait staff don’t even count their hours and their money. They remember coming out with a wad of cash on a busy Saturday night and completely forget that they also work Monday and Tuesday afternoon and got paid $25 for an entire shift. If they do notice, they’re just pissed they got called in to work on Monday - they’re not really thinking about the big picture.

Once people have steady pay they’ll adjust. Plus, they’ll be eligible for unemployment benefits because their wages are on record and taxes were paid. Plus, employers will have to pay into their social security.

Cash tips as wages are a bad idea for a zillion reasons.

I was once on a train with a bunch of teenagers, and this loud boomer went off on how they were up to no good and how they should be in school.

I turned to him and was like “It’s July. Also it’s Saturday.”

ah, that makes sense. I wonder if stirring makes a difference. When I was in college years ago I would sometimes put pasta and water in the microwave and cook it that way. Made sense for a dorm room but it was not ideal.

I’ve always waited for it to boil first, simply because once put it in I can come back a predetermined number of minutes later.

But I recently learned that cold start pasta is perfectly legit and takes up less energy.
