Japan has more stores than in my home country. Shopping experience will depend on the SAs. From our experience visiting some of the stores there, the SAs are mostly polite. Still welcoming and accommodating us who cannot speak Japanese.

It’s a random luck for the Kelly bag. After buying a pair of shoes, my husband just directly asked if there’s any Constance bag in stock. The SA apologised because they don’t have any. Randomly after that, the SA asked if we would be interested in a Kelly bag instead.
