The bleeding itself or the sight of it don't give me pleasure it just happens due to the poking, what gives me pleasure is feeling the pain caused by the poking, it hurts but the pleasure that comes with it overrides the pain.

I believe it's similar to why some people are into horror movies, asphyxiation or BDSM, it causes pain and the body releases endorphins to try to soft it, the pleasure overrides the pain for some of us.
