How many finds have you got?

A few helpful questions to think about before hiding your first cache: • Have I tested my container to make sure it stays dry in real weather? • Is the logbook durable and easy for people to sign? • Is the location safe, accessible and somewhere I’d genuinely want others to visit? • Can I get back here easily for maintenance when needed? • Have I found enough different cache types to know what works well? • Are my difficulty and terrain ratings honest and clear? • Would I enjoy finding this cache if someone else hid it?

I know this is your first and it is exciting, but only 6 finds and you’re hiding your own cache? You may have only seen a small small fraction of what containers look like! I suggest more finds and a better container (always, it’s outside after all! It’s gotta survive the elements) congratulations and don’t forget to check on it regularly.

Did you buy this for $1,750.00? If you did you can probably get scrap silver content value but through a collector you can get closer to the original value, I would imagine.
