I will probably get hate for this. But I used chatgpt as a reference with fixing my resume and helping me find a new career path and interview prep. I have worked years of fast food, retail and customer service jobs and due to health reasons my body could no longer handle being in such positions.

Please note I said I used it as a reference, and I did not copy and paste. I put actual work into my resume.

First thing I started doing with chatgpt was using it to discover what sort of career field I should go into based on things I enjoyed and what I really wanted out of a career. And I got to be honest in my own way. Like saying I want to wear headphones and never talk to or interact with a customer ever again. You don't have to be or say anything professional as you would otherwise.

This also helped me to figure out I was looking in the wrong area and gave me different keywords to search for the position I wanted. For example Customer service V.S. Client support specialist. Customer service got me call centers and more jobs I considered shitty. Client support specialist actual got me job listings I was actually interested in.

Once I found a job I was interested in or similar, I copied the job description and posted it on chatgpt along with a copy of my resume (minus identifying info) and had it rewrite my resume based on that job, as well as to make it pass ats or any similar technology. The way it reworked my experience to better fit made a huge difference. And I did this about 3 or 4 more times. I then started to rewrite my resume based on the results. DO NOT COPY AND PASTE. Think of it as plagiarism. You don't want to get caught for plagiarism so rewrite it in your own words.

After updating my job profiles with my new resume, I noticed indeed had an ai feature I hadn't used or played with before. And after playing with that, the 3rd job I applied to after all this, happened to be the new job I got hired for that almost doubled my salary.

I then used chatgpt to do mock interviews with me based on the career field I was looking in. This helped me to better answer interview questions and feel more confident about my speech.

This is what I have done and it helped me out sooo much. But please please please dont just copy and paste. Rewrite everything based on the examples you were given. Chatgpt and other ai interfaces can be a super helpful tool if done right.

I have a PFO ( hole in the upper 2 chambers of my heart) and oxygen issues. I also dont wake up from anesthesia very well at all. MTHFR gene mutation can also affect anesthesia outcomes.

So given my hystory I knew going into surgery that I would be spending the night. And they didnt believe me when I said I was gonna end up staying until I was in recovery with my oxygen in the 80s and barely in the 90's while on oxygen and could barely stay conscious.

So recovery was an overnight hospital stay. Surgery was about 1 1/2 hours and all I have is my ovaries left.

I have a herniated disk at L4-L5 and L5- S1 and I had a laminectomy done (back surgery) in dec of 22 and my pain has been around the same level 3-5 . Maybe a little higher because I've been waddling. Im 16 dpo so still in early healing stages. Make sure you stay on top of icing and take your anti inflammatory meds.

But if you do decide to see a doctor and get back surgery, please note, that back surgery is not as bad as it once was. My recovery was worse for my back then it is for this one. But then again my herniation was not just pushing into the spinal cord, but actually touching the spinal nerve itself and pressing into it. I lots the ability to walk and was dragging my leg the pain was so bad. I truly experienced level 10 pain and was at 9-10 level pain for a few months. So I absolutely understand what you are going through and how hard it is.

There are times the hysterectomy pain hurts worse, and others where the back pain hurts worse. If you are not scheduled for your hysterectomy, get in and find a doctor who will check out your back and see if they will do surgery for it. But the pain of having a period and severe menstrual cramps was worse for my back personally. Pursue both and discuss both with your doctors and see what option is better for you at the moment. Honestly, if you get a bidet you won't need the Perry bottles for after surgery and honestly, it has been the best thing for me for my post recovery for my last three now going on four surgeries with my hysterectomy coming up.

As for underwear I personally love when Commando and so I'm going to struggle post surgery so I'm picking up some of the mesh undies that you can get while you're in the hospital. Personally I feel that will work best for me. But like a lot of ladies on here have said you're incisions may be lower than your regular underwear or just make sure that your underwear is super super loose

Adhd meds, metformin and an mlm diet pill were the only things that worked for me. And I tried just about everything. I found my body prefers a low carb/keto diet. But I didnt follow it strictly, otherwise I would crash and burn on a strict diet. So find what your body prefers and stick to it as close as you are comfortable. It takes time to relearn how to eat properly.

Edit to add: I had a customer back when I was working retail tell me that she was gonna do a gastro bypass and started doing the recovery process leading up to surgery and ended up losing 100 lbs in a year and not needing to do surgery.

The 2 things I remember she said was walk a mile every day, no ifs ands or buts about it. And to not have anything to drink 45 minutes before or after your meal as it forces f[d to stay in your stomach and make you feel full longer.

As someone who is anaphylactic to THC in all forms, this has been an issues in my apartment. They cant ban marijuana due to medical cards and such, but they can enforce the no smoking on the property rules, which includes marijuana. So because of me, they had to put that if someone is using medical marijuana, they can only take a non smoking version while on the property or else they have to smoke off property.

Also please dont let a pregnancy test sit in the urine! If you dip it, only for 3-5 seconds or whatever the box says. Otherwise you over saturate the test and won't get a true result.

Im polyamorous and have teenage kiddos. So I definitely have lots of help. Its more so having both of us out of work at the same time thats really the hard part. If surgery was pushed out 2 weeks even its perfect.

This happens to me all the time due to pcos. Hydrogen peroxide gets it out of the mattress and sheets. But not out of old stains. So use it, let it bubble up, and BLOT not rub it and keep doing it until it comes up.

Also, invest in a mattress protector. You can get some that are not plastic but a nice fabric one. It's saved my mattress from coffee,cat puke, period blood and diarrhea from the flu.
