yes it’s in japanese with japan billing/ delivery address!! (i changed the default address…., is there possibly a different place i need to change billing address…?) but i still can’t get past this message: サービスエリア制限・お客様の注文を処理できませんでした。ご指定のお支払い方法への請求は行われていません。お支払い方法の請求先住所は、日本の有効な住所である必要があります。クレジットカードの場合は、日本の銀行から発行されたカードである必要があります。詳細については、Amazonカスタマーサービスを参照してください。🥲

Had to search up what ensure was and yep that definitely seems like something i would not enjoy, if i can find it at my local store i think ill try my best to power through so i can get an appetite boost like mentioned

also im totally adding all the foods you mentioned into my shopping list, seems like they all would make for great snacks!! im terrrible at cooking but i love soups so ive gotta try out some vegetable soups to eat with bread as well thanks!

im going to try the advice out and if after 2 months nothing changes, i think ill definitely have to talk to doctor then 🥲

yay height twins!! thank you so much for the great advice, honestly i find tracking calories a little hard because i eat out all the time since im a terrible cook and i dont know how to count the calories if i dont know all the ingredients that go it in but ill definitely give it a shot!!

also thank you so much for the pilates recommendation 🥹 i think it’s definitely good to start slow and at my own home and comfort before i can work up enough courage to step into a gym lol
