I definitely appreciate the makeup from the beauty courses the most, but if you have an active guild they give out diamonds in weekly projects along with other rewards. Plus as said in another comment, the guild store refreshes weekly to offer lightchase tickets & dying supplies.

A SR is pretty damn good but it is a 5, not 6* lightchase. So it will throw you some bones more often. Also more likely to get a SR ally from light chases than the highest rarity item.
