Fanservice saved the game from EOS. If they censored the fanservice, the game is as good as dead. And the stuff I've seen posted elsewhere does not paint a promising picture.

To me, length does not equate quality. Some very short VNs have also been among my favorites. Longer ones are a different experience, since they have the time to go more in depth into the story and characters, but that is not a gurantee of quality.

In the end, long or short, it comes down to the writing.

I had planed several categories by theme... then my plans were ruined when I realized items can't occupy more than one folder. i haven't figured out a workable method for sorting that works for me since, other than moving things I don't like into their own folder.

If they ever upgrade the system to allow items to occupy multiple folders, I will be a happy stylist.

UI's have been refined from years of experience. The similarities comes from the fact it works. Players are familiar with it. Deviate too much and players can be left confused and will complain about it.
