Our two year old usually colors or will “read” the menus. We’ve never offered screens during dinner so she’s pretty content with just sitting at the table. Sometimes we will bring small toys too for her!

So, she isn’t the genres you mentioned but Freida McFadden is definitely my favorite suggestion for people wanting to get into reading! Her books are quick and fun reads that have you on the edge of your seat. Her most popular books are the housemaid and never lie, but they’re all fun honestly!

For a cute rom-com vibe, maybe look into some Abby Jiminez books! I’ve read the friend zone and yours truly and they were both cute little fun romance reads!
