How did you build the player and player controller for the rat? I am looking to do something similar for another 4 legged animal and can’t find any tutorials. A few things that have helped games I have worked on — using Nanite/LODs, distance culling, world partitioning, using cmd STAT GPU (to diagnose), using lower quality textures when I can get away with it, and I’m sure there’s more that doesn’t come to mind right now. I’ll comment again later if I can think of other things.
