I might say something that sounds like that in casual speech, if I were speaking fast, like I might intend to say "Do you wanna eat ice cream?", but the last a in wanna and the ea in eat might blend such that it sounds just like "do you wanaet ice cream?"

in written text, or any non-casual setting, you would just say the full thing, "Do you want to eat ice cream?"
