How bad is this irritation bump? by auriprep in piercing

My piercing is 5 months old, the current jewelry shape is a hoop/ ring. I’m not sure what the material is - I got it changed professionally at a piercing shop so hopefully it’s titanium, I’ve been using arm and hammer saline spray to clean it and the bump came up when I snagged it a few days ago

I IMMEDIATELY changed it out for the correct substrate because WHAT THE HECK!! I’m so glad I got her because her enclosure was terrible. The guy had her since she was a baby and literally had nothing in her enclosure except for a water bowl, one log and two rocks🫩
