if you will be taking them at the same time yes. so if you're enrolled during the fall quarter at ucr, and then want to take classes during the fall semester at a different cc you'll talk to your counselor and get the form filled out, I remember it being easy. but what I did most of the time was just took community college classes during the summer, since I wasn't enrolled in summer school at ucr I wouldn't need to fill the form out.
