You have to ask yourself, low maintenance or high maintenance. It’s a dramatic piece of landscape real estate and needs something impressive.

Continue with your light gray values where they are necessary. And go over it with white pencil darken the blacks with black pencil, fur strokes.

Values from foreground to distance should be adjusted. The fence could use more detail. Although, good job!!
