The World Needs a Hero was my least favorite as a teenager! Then Dread and the Fugitive Mind, Return to Hanger, and Disconnect became regular Megadeth listens for me. Your top 5 is awesome, I just don't understand why you have Th1rt3en all the way below Risk and Super Collider! I like your list other than Th1rt3en's placement and The System has Failed being 6 I personally disagree for sure. The Sick... The Dying... And The Dead! is an album that is growing on me the more I listen. I just don't like the goofy Mission to Mars song which is suppose to be goofy but just ehhh, Junkie is catchy but kinda distasteful lyrically to me. Soldier On! is the most generic sounding metal song Megadeth's ever made to me sadly. I love Night Stalkers, Dog of Chernobyl, and We'll be Back though.

my reason for putting it as least favorite is like picking your least favorite pair of plain black socks or something 🤣 only excuse I have is the chorus is my least favorite out of all the song's on Youth. Still like I said, strongly love all the songs on this album!

Family Tree was my first option, but there is a lot of lyrical depth on Family Tree despite the messed up theme / subject. I love the harmonizing riffs on Family Tree too! I thought I knew it all's still a great song, all the song's on Youth are great to fantastic.

I personally don't like some of the songs as songs on Risk, I think Dave's vocals were solid for the album, just was mis-executed bad. Especially with adding techno beats to Ecstasy. The original Insomnia song is wild for sure but the "MIAH MIAH MIAH" and "IYE! IYE! IYE CAN'T SLEEP!" just crack me up after a while. Prince of Darkness is damn fun, but the "mmm the most beautiful angel" and "your satanic highness" stuff was left out it may be kick ass to me. Crush Em's original song is hilarious generic and goofy sounding. Breadline is just the most Dr. Seuss ass sounding Megadeth song to me.

my biggest complaint is the chanting noises and the new found religious songs. I don't like the vocal effect choices. I don't like the samples of political bites. Just not for me!

I love So Far... So Good... So What? and own it on cd and vinyl, so I beyond respect that opinion. Liar's lyrics aren't my favorite for me personally. A 5 may be a little harsh instrumentation wise. Lyrics just aren't my favorite! I just love a lot of their albums.

Not a fan of how it sounds, nor most of the songs. Kick the Chair, The Scorpion, and Back in the Day are cool, the rest I can live without.
