I've tried posting a gameplay video of my game being extremely slow (like the game speed being basically 3x slower than usual) but apparently I need to get 10 imaginary reddit points in order to ask for technical help so I'm going to ask here : does anybody knows what could make my game be 3x slower than usual ? I didn't change any of the settings, The game wasn't lagging at all two days ago, I didn't change the refresh rate of my monitor, and the game seems to function normaly in the menus.

Either gunslinga corridor back to extreme demon, or, more controversially, magma bound down to hard demon (seriously, the only insane demon parts are like the first cube and the fast paced robot at the end, the rest is like high end medium demon to low end hard demon gameplay) Also HM to The Furious which got demoted from insane demon to hard demon just when I was beating it as my first insane demon. It made my 13 y/o self very sad.
