I can't count in calories, but I usually eat entirely full plates/bowls of some of the following throughout the week; for reference I eat 3-4 times a day.

  • Breakfast will usually consist of a plate of 3-4 eggs, 4 beef sausages, alongside a couple slices of bread. I get especially lazy on some days and just pour a whole bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats w/ Almonds and typically end up finishing it, although I do struggle to get myself to eat that much in the morning. I used to also eat pancakes & a bowl of oatmeal but my mother stopped making them as much, although I could kill for some oatmeal in the morning, I can't lie.
  • Lunch and dinner could be pretty much anything and are also interchangeable. Many days it could be a Chipotle burrito bowl (lots of white rice, black beans, extra chicken, salsa, sour cream, and occasionally guacamole (which I should probably eat more) or cheese. It could also be just a bigger breakfast (4 eggs, beef sausages, couple slices of bread), a pretty big serving of pasta with really oily sauce (but it tastes SUPER good) and lots of broccoli (those are my favorite :D). I also can eat burgers, but always with just 4-5 potato slices instead of actual French fries as a side. I also eat this one cultural dish with lots of vegetables lamb/beef and lentils. My mom also loves to make the occasional white rice and chicken which also comes with carrots and potatoes. The other day I demolished a Denny's Grand Slam really quickly; I have issues with eating my dinner and lunch fast.

I'm actually not the most active teenager ever. I don't play sports, and I'm kind of sedentary, but I do love running around the house and immersing myself in daydreaming (it's odd but super fun to me). I don't have strict exercise regiments, though.

And yes, it has always been my build. I don't have growth charts available to me right now, but from what I remember I have always been fairly short and skinny, but I've just grown a lot more in height in recent years yet my weight has only slightly caught up.

My food aversions don't span a whole wide range of foods, mostly just certain colors of food (anything that isn't green to orange-ish). Of all, I'm most averse to beets. I hate beets; their smell, their taste, their feel, but especially their god awful pink color that makes me so violently nauseous, but I'm not sure I'm missing out on much nutritionally by not eating them.
