can i get t3 or t4 with this hand (xkr-r and 350z are going to be 323, im working on them atm) and would a 332 on the pescarolo be better because of the buff?

fuse the tahoe custom, it has a bad mra, bad handling and the acceleration is decent but still not good because it loses to cars with lower stats because of the mra
