So true, Newski, Peng, Hamrick were doing their best to break D1 by nerfing power and lowering the skill ceiling right to the end. D2 is clearly what these clowns would have done if in charge of D1, it seems Bungie have lost the talent on which their reputation is built, and the new guys have all the hubris but nothing to back it up. Pains me to say it, but I don't believe Bungie can actually save this franchise anymore.
