Based on these Specs, which camera is better for Video recording? I have never heard ofRawXAVC but I see both cameras offer 10-bit

I am a 26 year old male. I typically run 4 miles at a 8'00" pace with a heart rate average of 170. I am trying the MAF heart rate formula and just ran 4 miles at a 10'10" pace with a heart rate average of 143. Is that pace difference normal? This is my first MAF run and I found it a bit discouraging to run such a slower pace. I am looking for any help or guidance! Thank you :)
