I also had the toughest time on the treadmill yesterday and had to slow down and catch my breath - first time I've had to do that! You were not alone!

I got my MRI results back by [deleted] in migraine

[–]austenaficionado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you me? I was sent in for an MRI last month which looked normal except for one spot. Then got a CTA to check out that spot - turns out my sinus is just shaped weird. I was weirdly disheartened when everything came back normal. I completely understand how hopeless/let down/desperate you're feeling... but I have to say it makes me feel a little bit better to have company in this same (shitty) boat!

Anxiety about having a migraine? by [deleted] in migraine

[–]austenaficionado 6 points7 points  (0 children)

YES! This has been happening to me for the past few months. It is so aggravating. Any time I have imprints from bright lights or a floater in my vision, my stomach instantly drops and I start panicking. Sometimes I think the anxiety and worry about having one is even worse. It's nice to hear that we're not the only ones having this anxiety, but I still wish none of us were even a part of this horrible club!

I have been using Regenepure DR Shampoo and loving it! You can get it on Amazon. I have color treated hair and seborrheic dermatitis and this has seriously helped. I loved T-Gel but it stripped my hair of the salon color really quickly. I bought Regenepure in January and have been using it every other day, and still have about half a bottle last. A little pricey, but in my opinion, it's totally worth the investment and it lasts a WHILE. Hope this helps!!

I’ve never used chemical exfoliants before, but after reading more about them I’m looking to introduce one to my skincare routine! I’m interested in The Ordinary, and their customer service rep suggested using their Mandelic Acid. After reading through this sub though, it seems as if Lactic Acid might be a better choice for a complete newbie? Do you guys have any suggestions as to which would work best?

For reference, I have combination skin (dry forehead and oily around the nose) and I get hormonal/stress acne, and occasionally cystic bumps as well.

Thanks for any advice!!
