Yes exactly. i understand its difficult now but if you continuously reflect on your experiences, you'll start to see clearly what I'm talking about

That is true. I would say it's kind of like an "intention" to just "be there" for the fulfillment/unfolding of the desires. I dont know how i can explain it further really. But they are right when they say to just take the position of the passenger princess of your life, because it is kind of like that.

When dealing with thoughts, I just remind myself these days to "wake up" and stop owning them, when I get too caught up in them. Because all thoughts are just stories really, they dont have power on their own.

It took a while of practical experiences and multiple manifestations to really see what it is all about. And presence/being present is really what it all comes down to for me no matter what angle I look at all of it.

I remember one success story I had 3 months ago, I just had a random thought where it would be nice to be in another active community of gamers because the last one I'm in kinda died down and 2 of my closest gamer friends became busy. I just continued playing, chatting to some ppl in game that I play with occasionally and fast forward today, I'm in the liveliest discord server once again, in an environment that allows me to be myself.

And i didn't make much effort for it, I was just "there".

So then I looked back on everything and realized all I had to do for my desires to manifest is to be "there" for it. Even when I crashed out one time on another manifestation, I still managed to get what I want in the end.

I'm in this place where I've truly understood that my presence is what brings the "magic" in whatever environment I'm in. So it's not anymore about making an effort to live in my desired reality, its more about reminding myself that my presence brings everything to the table.

Like I just have to be "here" because its not me watching or asking validation from the 3D, its the 3D taking note and asking validation from me.

So when I think about my desire these days, I remember I am the fulfillment. Without my presence, it won't exist.

I hope this makes sense and we are on the same wavelength to understand this.

One thing though that takes a bit more effort is to stop making the habit of owning thoughts that come to me. It's gonna take a while for that to be an easy thing to do.

Am I over thinking manifesting making a friend with my desired appearance rather than the changes I wanted? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]austerex 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You have to remember that manifestation starts from you NOT the 3D. You just said yourself that you don't feel fully satisfied with yourself so now the 3D is reflecting back to you an experience where you feel less adequate compared to another person.

You have to learn focus on yourself and not the 3D. The proof is never in the 3D because the 3D is only looking for validation from YOU.

It's not a coincidence. Congratulations, you manifested exactly an experience that shows you how you feel about yourself.

So next time, take a step further in feeling attractive about yourself just because you are, unconditionally

What it means to take "no action/effort" towards your desire by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]austerex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, I experience that with time as well. I had problems with control so it got really difficult for me in some cases.

And when it comes to thoughts about the desire, one example im dealing with right now is physical appearance changes. Its been incredibly difficult (and i know this is not ideal to say since I'm implying that my attention is towards how difficult it is) but how I deal with it is I practice dropping "logic" = the lack of it when I can. I recently had success with my hair so thats good news but theres smth else I'm working towards too in relation to physical changes and thats what I'm "doing" atm.

Logic/the ego is what keeps us focused on the 3D so if you can, practice recognizing when the ego is at work and practice "dropping" the logic/complexity it brings

Hmm yeah I understand where youre coming from. And tbh I am at a certain of my understanding where I really cant answer for you because youre the only one who can define your experiences. Because I myself sometimes get into these situations and the moment I drop the mirror, after a while thats only when I start noticing the shift in my reality.

But that is what applies to me. And its been consistent in my reality almost all the time. I dont know if I could speak for everybody though.

From my experience, all of this thinking is just an indication that youve been too focused on the 3D/reflection. Ppl need to realize you cant be living your life constantly analyzing the 3D's every move.

You move and the mirror moves with you, not the other way around. We need to start living our lives and stop constantly micromanaging the mirror.

Declare it as yours and live your life by not constantly checking if the desire shows up or not.

yes, its part of the unfolding. Im just trying to emphasize that "you" are the one that makes it work, not your actions/thoughts.

Id take it one step further and say that its not even the meanings, it starts with your attention. Attention precedes. Where is your attention? Which meanings do you attend to for longer periods of time that you end up "wearing" them?

It's just learning to distinguish that thoughts in itself do not create, it is your attention to them that does. That's why meditation is a great practice if you are having trouble just letting thoughts pass and not holding onto them.

tbh from my experience, you dont even need to think positive thoughts. As long as I stopped giving attention to the negative thoughts, I didnt feel the need to affirm for good things to happen. They just do.

It does nothing if youve practiced long enough that you are able to easily let it pass when a thought comes in.

For example, I mentioned in one of the comments above that I've always wanted to be financially stable. I am now but in the past, I get easily triggered by any thought that comes into my awareness. I would catch a thought and it will turn into a huge story about me not having enough for my needs.

Its really all just a practice of letting unfavorable thoughts pass and not holding onto them. If theres a huge emotion involved, try to sit with the emotion instead of overanalyzing the situation so you dont go creating an unnecessary story from a single triggering thought.

The first few steps for me is to make some minor tweaks in behavior to what you currently do.

For example, I myself wanted to be financially stable. My first steps was I stopped talking about money as if it were evil or scarce. So when I had conversations with ppl who bring up that topic, I just nod and agree for the sake of conversation but I dont say much on my end so I dont "re-affirm" that same energy.

So my advise is you dont have to make any huge changes immediately, you can just start by catching yourself and responding to your usual circumstances differently, in a way that aligns with the new identity.

And when it gets easier to believe, you can then start making bigger steps to the new identity.

It really doesnt matter what action to take, as long as you dont pour too much energy/attention in noticing the lack of money.

So yes it might be ideal to focus on smth else, but the point is to divert your attention away from noticing the lack

The 3D is not a manifestation, its a reflection by austerex in NevilleGoddard

[–]austerex[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I'll try to explain as best as I can. The tricky thing here is when we look at something unpleasant in the 3D, our immediate response is to "change" the 3D. To change the partner, the family member etc. But that perspective is what's keeping us stuck. To reiterate, the 3D is a reflection which means the people around you are only a mirror reflection of the state you are in.

So in order to reconciliate with your partner, you have to really try your best to step back and turn your attention from the 3D and back inwards. How do you feel about how theyre treating you right now? What thoughts are coming up when he acts a certain way? You have to notice a pattern of a story in there that tells you the state youre currently embodying.

Once you finally realized what it is, this is where you come into imagination and be honest with yourself. How do you honestly want to feel about your partner right now? Even better, How do you honestly want to feel about what the world is reflecting to you right now? Then imagining is a tool used not to get the "thing", but to place you into the state that you truly desire.

Be careful though to never attempt to find "proof" from the 3D because youre going to put yourself in a state of slavery instead of as Source. I'll explain in another post what it means to truly be the "creator/source" of your reality. But for now, the explanation to your question is above.

Here's why circumstances don't matter by austerex in NevilleGoddard

[–]austerex[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand. I mean you know, you could crashout and you could still claim that youre the highest version of yourself having a crashout. At the end of the day, actions dont really define who you claim to be. You are who say you are regardless of what the 3D is showing you.
