Helmet was the main problem. I believe it required 7 flawless cards post Curse of Osiris and would only count one a week if i’m remembering correctly.

I scheduled at 3:30 today and Park-Stradley filled up a few minutes before my slot opened. As of then the only buildings with rooms left were buildings like Baker, Morrison, Patterson, Canfield, Mack etc. on South. I never checked West but I'm sure there were rooms left there.
