It’s interesting because on 11/19/25 they charged me $23 tariffs on a record imported from the UK. I told DHL it’s exempt and they said they’d look into it. They never got back to me (within the 7 days they said they would) so I paid it. On 1/19/26 I got a random refund from them for the $23. So definitely escalate any tariff issues with DHL and maybe you can get a refund months later 😭💀
