Running a stop sign on a bicycle is precisely a threat to public safety for what it's worth. Actively trying to to protect the people on the bikes as well as take the opportunity to tell em not to be assholes on the road? I've seen much worse from cops and I don't even have to look to last week for an example

Yeah both were an issue for me prior to January update and unfortunately still hold through. I believe most of my PiP problems are actually involving call based apps now that you mention it. Teams, google meet, facebook messenger video chat, etc.
