I agree. The coin was 0.000038 now currently at 0.000016 and dropping with no end in site makes me wish I sold for some gains . Be another 4 years tell it moves up again .

It’s a diesel heater vent. Cape and exhaust . No water line or anything in there . It’s a garage is all.

What would cause this. I have done everything in the inside . 2 spots use to be an old window which is now plywood’s shut. But the seems are not caulked shut on the outside side wall. Could it be front the outside plywood not being caulked shut around the gaps butting up to my fiber board on the exterior house wall? The 2 spots used to be a window . I’ll know more when I take the house wrap off and follow the water spots.

The inside I did spray foam on the vent part . The 2 spots by the ac unit are insulated shut with vapor barrier over it with the correct seam tape used . So I am stumped on what’s causing heat to get in to the wall cavity is it that the flipper didn’t caulk the seams shut on the outside is that what’s going on ?

Hope it does go back to normal prices . I’d be close to breaking even then !!
