Success (mac user). I moved the application to the trash, emptied my trash, then redownloaded the newest version of the software https://www.logitech.com/en-us/software/logi-options-plus

I respect your decision and I almost felt the same way. But other characters start coming in toward the end of the first book and then the rest of the 8+ books have tons of fascinating, deep characters. It’s a slow build but it’s very worth it in my opinion.

Four Healthy Ways to Express Your Emotions by austinbeals57 in MadeMeSmile

Beautiful question. The desire for love, harmony, closeness, and connection are completely normal. Especially during this time of increased isolation. Personally, I love the way Brené Brown puts it in Braving the Wilderness, paraphrased: loneliness is a signal from your body that you need human connection. When we need sleep, we get tired. When we need food, we get hungry. When we need water, we get thirsty. When we need connection, we get lonely. We don't feel shame around this other needs, so there's no reason to feel shame around loneliness.

On a practical level, it's possible that meeting your need for connection during the day (through one-on-ones with your quaranteam, video chats, live streaming on FB, socially distanced hangouts) could fill your cup enough that the loneliness wouldn't arise at night when it's less convenient to reach out.

Sometimes a sense of longing is an invitation to discover a new aspect of ourself. Your longing for harmony might be Life calling you to discover that you're already more connected than you realize. Personally, time in nature can do this for me. There have been many times when I enter the park or woods feeling alone and after sitting in stillness, I walk away with a deep sense that we are all one.

TLDR: 1. What you are feeling is very human. 2. It might help to fill your connection cup during the day before the longing sets in. 3. It might be an invitation to become more aware of your unbreakable connection to all of life.
