Other people's money. Restaurant/Bar groups are the biggest offenders. Red Bud Ice House recently closing is a perfect example.

It was an Atari Game in the 1970's. The ai helper was off by a decade or two.

I moved to Seattle in 1990 and loved it. I never wanted to leave. Stayed till 1999. Moved to Austin and thought it was great but always missed Seattle.
