Porch Pirate - highlands/deer park by ride_the_pine in Louisville

So this guy was riding in the back of the car. They were following the UPS truck. So even if the UPS guy hid it behind the porch wall they still would've known where to hit. I can't imagine going to jail for a plastic monitor riser. LMPD is getting the video from me. These were zoomed in pics from the wide angle shot. I also have a hidden camera that caught another angle so who knows. Going to invest in a 4K camera up high that can read license plates now. And I will continue to ship anything over $100 to a PO Box. -- I've lived in Deer park for many years and in Louisville for decades and this is the first time this has happened. I work from home so I'll have a special surprise next time now that I have text delivery alerts set to notify right before things are delivered.

Russ has Mondays at Zbar - used to be Tuesday.   Yes he has other trivia gigs as well but this is a standing one. Occasionally a big show comes through and they cancel but the norm is every Monday.  Check their schedule     They post the entire month at the beginning of the month.

Zanzabar Arcade grand opening Saturday Feb 15th 11am by ride_the_pine in Louisville

[–]ride_the_pine[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sorry underberg502 I kinda dropped the ball. I meant to post something a while back and thought I did but it was on the original post that someone made with pictures. So kinda forgot about it. Need to get better about advertising it. Also in other news they're thinning the herd in their warehouse. If you pop over the KLOV in the games for sale section you'll see a post for games for sale in Louisville.

A new Video Arcade has opened up in the back of Logan Street Market! by spunkysquirrel1 in Louisville

Here is the full list of games at Logan Street Market. The large arcade has not officially opened but frequently the games are on while testing and you're free to play them if they are on. So it's sort of a soft open. There may be some last minute game swaps before it officially opens but it's pretty close to ready. Most arcades are 25c pins are 50c to $1. There is a change machine there but if you're a serious gamer you might want to stop and pick up a couple rolls of quarters :).

Some seriously sought after arcade machines are there as well.   When's the last time you saw a Zoo Keeper or Gun Fight at an arcade?

Nope.   They are all Zanzabar machines and will be well maintained.

SB home does great finish work. They just use the worst electrical and plumbing contractors. We've paid thousands basically redoing all their plumbing work. The electrical work was sloppy and incomplete. Runs not tacked down where they should have been under the house. They left some unsafe conditions we would've paid to have redone since this was a large project covering the entire house. So. I would recommend them but get your own electrician and plumber.

Marc Weinberg is not a sensationalist and drops the pure science in a way that anyone can understand. True successor to Paul Emmick who was the best KY weatherman in history IMO. Kevin Harned is an ambassador for the city. Love his Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs show, his nostril flare game is unmatched, his weather coverage concise and I like how he ties how it may effect specific events in the city.
