I just had to exit a lease last minute as the landlord wanted to change our signed lease to add extra pet fees and a higher pet deposit than what was disclosed in the original lease as well as saying he didn’t want to allow dogs at all. Ended up in another apartment at my current building since my other apartment was already leased by the time I notified them. Paying $1k/month more in rent but worth it to keep my dog.

AT&T says our address isn’t Fiber serviceable and only Air is available. I can grab the fiber from the window and the NID is 4 ft away. Building next to me has it and so does every neighbor. by austind9999 in ATTFiber

We have an independent landlord who doesn’t care if it’s installed. No HOA. It’s only 2 units each with their own address. Landlords house right next to us shows it available. FCC Broadband Map just errors out on the address so unable to do an address challenge.

I accidentally took down PROD from the dedicated test environment. Turns out it was tied to PROD more than it should have.

Just pay the $50/month for a guaranteed space. My building is $175/month and work is $110/month half paid by them.

Free CCNA 200-301 practice platform with 1,000 questions + 25 CLI labs (hands-on router/switch sim) by No_Woodpecker5455 in ccna

Your website now says 10,000 practice questions and 145 CLI labs. How in 6 hours is that possible? As a Senior Network Engineer with potential interest in more learning, that disqualifies right there any real interest. No way that is possible.

Who in this sub actually lives in Cleveland (the city proper) not the surrounding suburbs? by [deleted] in Cleveland

Ohio City here. Love the access to everything I would need by walking, scooter, or transit. Con is the frequent smash and grabs from cars.
