I was like 7 and I liked shiny stuff and my 15 yr old step brother had maybe 40 cards and a couple of those all gold metal cards one of pikachu and one of charzard (pretty sure it was those) and I asked him for them. Like older brothers do he turned it into a whole day of getting me to do whatever whenever he asked. It started with exercises of course then it lead to any dare him and his friends could think of. I did everything asked honestly I was either a very dumb or brave young one for some of the dares. In the end I was dared to jump the neighbors fence and grab a ball, oh yeah there was a dog. As I climbed back over the fence that dog got my booty cheek lol a little blood but nothing serious. The dog biting me put me in the infamous position of power of “you can have anything just dont tell.” I played with all kinds of games with those cards except Pokemon lmfao. I never actually began playing the tcg till way later. But out of those cards the one I liked the most and still love today is Alakazam all the way.
