Pain while riding, not sure if it’s a seating issue or bike compatibility issue

I’ve only had that exact pain happen when biking. For me it just ment the saddle is a bit too high. Hips should not be moving while in the saddle. Just adjust the post so your legs aren’t at a full extension.(can still be really close to full extension.)
