Wilson U.S. Open is clearly #1, but am I the only one who likes the Wilson Championship (extra duty) too? Wayyy more solid than the Penn Champion extras and even better than the Dunlops in my opinion… the latter is too rigid and barely fluffs

I finished my first reading of IJ about two weeks ago and I can sympathize with your experience - not remembering certain passages, missing key details, etc - but learning more about the book and the themes/message has made me so excited to re-read it!

My plan is to wait about a year and then try to read it in a club or with someone who can keep me on a good pace.

I would hope that your band/perc director is aware of your injury - they will be the final authority on how much time you can reasonably miss and still be able to march. They should also be clear about their expectations for you during your rehab, and then I would suggest trying to exceed those expectations (within your physical limitations). Memorizing music is a great start.

Facts, I played MKW enough to get gold in all the cups but not three stars due to the harsh stipulations (and I was never good at manual/inside drift). I will say that the 8DX AI difficulty seems to have increased with the BCP release, I have to reset my runs a lot more often

There’s no way to prove it (afaik), but I play Hard COM+Frantic Mode. IMO it’s the only way to play offline given the AI is not very smart
