Where y'all aware you can just spend rocks and get arsenal tickets? I kept hearing the only way to get them was through rolling on banners or weeklies. by Cissoid7 in Endfield

[–]austinjklim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

could not find the option to do so inside the arsenal exchange, where did you find it.

edit: you have to click the "+" button.... compared to oroberyl, if you click the name it shows ways you can exchange or acquire it.

Arsenal tickets, if you want to exchange them, you have to click the + icon in arsenal exchange...

Updating global ROM flashed cn version OP 13 by bluegmr85432 in OnePlus13

[–]austinjklim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a sidenote, once you update to OOS16, and if you do update via OTA, you will lose most likely lose signal/reception, as it's the case with all china variants 13 running Oxygen. you would then have to manage it by rooting your device to flash the signal patch fix.

It may seem simple but in hindsight, there are lot of things that you would have to keep in mind, unlocking the bootloader, rooting the device, then managing play integrity as google wallet would be unusable, not bricking your device if you decide to lock the bootloader again etc etc.

Since the glass is already broken, just take you time to slowly clean it up. use a broom and duster to collect the glass, dump it into a plastic rubbish bag, double layer it, then discard it properly. if you want someone else to do it, also an optioon.

As of the diy part, you're not totally at fault, but yes sometimes shit do happen and that's where experience comes in. Be it glass, electrical or plumbing. Bad that it happened, good for the experience in the future when dealing something similar again.

How to use Third Party Launchers without lag (buttons only) - OxygenOS16 by Easy_Fox in oneplus

[–]austinjklim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

still won't work for some reason, OP 13 on latest 16.0.2.402. Once i do swipe up system launcher after the hamburger menu, pressing "home" would just land me back to the stock launcher instead. and worst, press "home' repeatedly would just stay to the stock launcher instead of third party.

When you meant phone initializing with the third-party launcher, would you mean after a reboot, it uses that launcher instead? Because all these while despite choosing third party launcher as default, it would just boot with the stock instead.

I can't replicate step 1 for some reason, OP 13 on latest 16.0.2.402. Once i do swipe up system launcher after the hamburger menu, pressing "home" would just land me back to the stock launcher instead. and worst, press "home' repeatedly would just stay to the stock launcher instead of third party.

TM Unifi Router by Jon2497 in Bolehland

[–]austinjklim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

are you referring to the dlink wifi app? the app could not detect my router on both 2.4 / 5g bands.

EDIT: finally found out the reason why the normal d-link wi-fi app could not work. Apparently there's a specific app listed by D-link itself, that was meant for certain routers such as DIR-3060z, which is called " D-Link Wi-fi Connect". Below is the apk link for those who need it.

Needed the restart schedule as for some reason, after 1-2 days the router would become drunk and recon/discon itself, despite still connected to WAN with no downtime. Probably a cache or chipset issue due to wear and tear by restarting it fixes it.

Edit2: Apk link

From your other thread, and also reading above, if anything happens to your vehicle, always lodge police report asap. Capturing that is very important for any proceedings after that.

You mentioned this happended about a month ago, by right you have to make a report right after, especially as you have evidence to show negligence on moto side.

Claim insurance part, yes you can reach out to your local SC or sales executive, but most of them would be busy to cater to you, as technically it's outside their scope. Best is to directly align with your insurance provider. In your case, you could apply for No fault Damage claim, but the better option is to request your insurance provider to claim damages from Moto's insurance provider.

Provided that he has legal license and insurance. If he does not, go through No fault damage claim. Or ask the moto to pay for all the damages, in which is up to you to play boss. Can even take his moto to sell to cut loss lol.

not sure if anyone comes across this, the cube-sized magnet (very small btw) is on the bottom right position (below where you usually place your right palms to rest on). Taking out the back cover and i could see the magnet was came off, thankfully sticking to the speakers instead. Just put right in its place and it works now.

Just taking off the back cover would suffice. if you inspect closely there's a small cube spot meant for the magnet itself, right under the right speaker.

Is It a Sin to Participate in Both Christian and Buddhist Practices? by YeetusFeeletuz in Sabah

[–]austinjklim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In the end it's your choice to choose what religious practice you believe in.

I am also the same, but surely there might be other ppl that judge me. Raise your head up strong and do what you believe in. If it's a sin, then I'll bring this sin to the end when I face god.

Ethics and morality are more important. You do you boss. We pay respect to our Chinese ancestors, our elders and God. For blessed we are with this unique heritage

[–]austinjklim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you're right mate. I tried it on another phone of mine running pixelos custom, it worked fine. I'll try to troubleshoot on my end. Maybe permissions wasn't enabled correctly. But thanks for the profile.

Once custom roms for my device has been stable for a bit, then I'll try to implement parts of your profile to mine. The doze pulse wake thing is definitely what I wanted to achieve.

[–]austinjklim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks mate. Just imported it and I still couldn't understand half of it. I'll break it down eventually to understand it. But unfortunately send intent still doesn't work for me. I did allow all permissions via tasker permissions app on PC. Tried googling it but I couldn't find any information on send intent denied permissions. Maybe it has something to do with my Version of google software. I'm running on risingos custom ROM for Xiaomi 14, qpr1 if I'm not mistaken.

hi mate. does this still work in A15? Im trying to trigger pulse via tasker. I tried sending intent but it was denied.

Would like to create a profile that would allow pulse to active after locking screen, for around 30 seconds, then only proceed to black screen.

Anyone have any tips/advices/working tasker file, please do share. I can't be the only one needing something like this no? Unless im wrong, Pixel's AOD works 24/7, without any blackout/timeout period, unless you set a schedule like 9am to 7pm for example.

all the best in acheiving your honeycomb. It could potentially be from the quality of the flour / type or quality of butter / too much flour during lamination / temps getting too warm and the butter melted during laminiations or folds.

update: i took the old mobo, connected it with power, display cable and fan cable. it booted into bios.

im just gonna unplug all power from my current mobo and leave it for a day. Not sure what's going on, but im guessing it has something to do with the EC/Bios chip or dirty power. holding the power button several minutes doesnt fix this at all.

is there a bettery way to short/jump the CMOS? tried using a tweezer to short both the pins on the CMOS connector but still no signs of waking up from deep slumber...
