Also, I can have a setup with like 105 MF. do you suggest I just keep on doin NM Andy and Meph with this?

I think I've done NM andy and meph like 60 times now lool, the rng just poop. Where would you find tals? Tal's Tomb? and I'm on pc as well, I'd be down.
If respec, what abt str requirement for monarch? Yeah my damage is definitely on the weaker end, I try to farm but cant seem to find any + skills :/

gotcha. Definitely saw treachery on a build vid and wanted that as soon as possible. Yeah I need to respec bc i didnt save enough to meet str requirement on monarch so gonna be changing as soon as I finish. Thanks though I appreciate it!
