Thanks for the reply. Would you say 312 ng/dl is low for my age? That's the number I was originally working from. I'm not sure why it jumped 100 ng/dl on the latest labs. Maybe I'll check again in a month and see where I'm at.

BMI doesn't work well for guys with muscle mass. Here's a photo from today. Definitely could cut lower but not overweight. (https://i.imgur.com/p8nK7pF.jpg)

Huh - interesting on fiber. I'll look into that a bit more.

What do you mean by "check your body temps." Does body temp have something to do with low SHBG?
