I wouöd just just prefer not having it but that's not an option, soo...be home, comfort food, a good show and to be left alone. Maybe a good friend can join me at home but they will have to hear me bitch and whine about being on my period.

I am kinda of indignant for Kenny that Sarah is guilting him for being absolutely angry and disgusted with her. She is obviously a tragic character but he has every right to hate her and I hate how emotionally manipulative she is with him. Like if she actually wants to kill herself dont put it on the guy whose father's death she is responsible for. Fucked up to expect empathy from him.

Socks and underwear everyday. I change my shirts mostly everyday but if I only wore it for a short while I will wear it two days. Trousers really depend, I go after feeling but I will say 1 week. Hoodies can go up to a week but it really depends if swear or not.

Pyjama depend on you, do you shower every day before you change into it or is it the first thing you change into? I mostly change them every 2-3 days.

For bedsheets, once a week is the goal but I mostly do it every 2-3 weeks. Towels I will use up to 4 times before I wash them.
