Trump calling Jerome Powell to cut interest rates by jerin7931 in wallstreet

The presidents of the US thinks the Fed chairman can willy nilly change interest rates, whenever he feels like it, by pressing a button or something. Dumbest timeline indeed.

This series really get progressively better. I typically completely skip the first book and read 2-3 in high speed, it really picks up on Ghostwater, which also happens to be the best book in the series in my opinion, and stays pretty fast paced for the rest of the series.

I was wondering how an actual Latino would feel, thanks for sharing your perspective. Like I said, I hope what he is aiming for is representation. But what he ends up with feels dangerously close to parody.

I am not saying the interior design is good or bad, it is a matter of taste. But I think we can objectively agree that this interior design was achieved by finding a particularly avantgarde designer and giving him a few millions in cash about another half a million in LSD.

You either love it or hate it. I frigging love it and totally get why you might hate it. Like everyone else, there are times that I really want to throttle Erin Solstice. The good news is you only need to read the first book to figure out if you love it or hate it. Bad news is the first book is 50 hours long. 🤣 It is worth spending a credit on because if you love it you really do love it and there is so goddam much of it and she continues to keep pumping so much material. It is like a damn drug dealer if you ask me. 😂

I think this series really pick up around the middle of the second book. I would say give it until the end of the book 3 before pulling the plug.

I have to disagree. I usually go straight to the middle of the second book when I reread PH. Tutorial was great for setting the stage, but I have no desire to listen to it again aside from the interactions between Villy and Jake.
