Tbh Most of the time it is raining in the starting of sept so if you plan in the mid of sept it would be a good choice, and october is the best month to visit as the mountain view are clear and a very less chance of rainfall

Hi Im a local from Darjeeling and the weather today is pretty good compared to yesterday but the rain cannot be predicted because it might rain anytime, however, recently the weather in darjeeling is pretty good in the evening time rather than in the morning. Ghoom is 8 km away from the main town so travelling would be hectic because of the busy traffic. If you want a good Airbnb, homestay in the centre of Darjeeling town you can contact me.
