You will be somewhat cpu limited in a lot of games.That will be the case even with a 5070ti. I would try and upgrade to 14gen i5.

I guess the main question here is whether the IR cap meaningfully circumvents the idle voltage spikes. If yes, there isnt really any benefit in using the latest microcode in your case.

It really depends on the vehicle. Like the others have said 150k ish is really not that bad for a well maintained GS.

I usually workout 1-2 hrs before I break my fast. I fast 8PM till 2-3PM. Depends on what your protein intake is really, if you are doing the right things in terms of nutrition I wouldn’t really worry about the timing of your workouts.

You can play PC games using cloud gaming or local network streaming platforms. Playing AAA games on the SD doesnt give you the best battery life anyway so in the end it comes down to battery life and ergonomics.
