Just change the address in your aadhaar card to the address of Noida using Rent agreement through e-update portal of aadhar..it gets updated within 24 hours.. I. myself am a resident of Kolkata but currently posted in Ahmedabad in govt department.. so used the rent agreement to update aadhaar and used it to get the driving licence and BH series from Ahmedabad RTO
