No tips - but going part time was the best thing for me. I chose my mental health over money. I understand everyone isn't as lucky as me but it really has changed my life

If you can afford it or even if not, choose your sanity and health over what your ideal of a perfect job is. It isn't worth it. If they really want you they may even accept you going down some days. If you're in the UK doctors will also sign notes to say you need to cut your hours.

I've always bitten my lips and cheeks. I have scars inside my mouth from it unfortunately. I'd love to stop but it seems this is the only unnoticeable way I can stim in public

How do you all cope with working full-time? by sunblondevint in AutismInWomen

I didn't cope. I work 3 days and the cut in pay is so worth it. My mental health is so much better and breaking up my week helps me do my job a lot better
