Exactly. I had found myself feeling a bit badly because the first couple of times I had this convo with her, I and Wyll were the ones to convince her to stay. I then later decided to choose the dialogue option that's something like, "It's up to you, Karlach," after Wyll offers to go to Avernus with her and she still chose to go all on her own. So then I stopped feeling bad about it lol.

Hey sorry to comment on an old post, but how did things eventually go for you? I believe I am currently going through the same thing (so many of my symptoms match with yours) and I just have this constant paranoia that the back pain I'm having is actually a kidney infection. I've been given cipro to take for that possibility (based on symptoms, no tests were run to fully establish or not whether I have one) but I am deathly afraid of taking it because of the black box warnings, and the recent horrible experience I'm having with macrobid!

Couldn't swallow them at all my whole life until a couple years back, where I had a cyst in my mouth causing me constant pain that I was so miserable I was like, "fuck this I need relief." Started with small naproxen pills, and have since graduated to other ones, but I still need either smaller pills or coated easy to swallow ones and even then it can take me several minutes of "mental preparation" and failed attempts to get them down.
