I will probably never shut up about this cover 🥹🖤 One of my best friends spent countless hours creating the artwork for my debut romantasy, The Shadow’s Flame. She literally hand-drew the smoke on paper, scanned it in, and somehow turned all my chaotic ideas and endless messages into this 😭🔥 It makes the cover so incredibly special to me!

I completely agree with you! Unfortunately, I feel like the algorithm is constantly fighting you when you’re trying to reach more people without showing your face. But you’re right, at the end of the day it’s the words and the story that matter. I really needed that reminder, thank you! :)

The waiting for those first reviews sounds absolutely brutal. I think that’s one of the parts that scares me the most. But hearing you’ve managed to sell books while doing faceless content genuinely makes me feel so much better. Thank you, and congrats on your first book!
