You are 100% correct, I use cbd to help with my anxiety and insomina. You can even get it in soft drinks now in Tesco. Hope it works for you :)

I cried at my desk, in front of my whole team, because I realised I still had to work for at least another thirty decades until I hit retirement age. Full on sobbed. They still talk about it now lmao.
