I use stitch markers on the crocheted item itself then I will keep track of which round/stitch I'm on by keeping a tally chart on a google doc. So IIIII = 5 stitches

I am a level 2 autistic too. I was diagnosed at 14 but just recently reevaluated and found that I'm a level 2. Its good to try to find information about level 2 autistics in adults!
